"I had the opportunity to use my ACLS this weekend when a man fell into a hypoglycemic coma and slammed his car into 3 parked cars. We had to do CPR with him in the upright position as the car seat was broken and would not recline. Also the drivers door was wedged into another car, making extrication impossible. Anyway, we did manage to get the victim off with spontaneous respirations and a thready pulse.
